Winter's coming. As cold weather sets in, Shawn & Ed Brewing Co. strived to make a strong seasonal beer to see us through those cold nights. Say hello to the WINTERSHED TEMPEST. This ale is heavy in body, but balanced in profile. While it is a strong beer, it is incredibly smooth to the taste and offers a warm mouth feel, along with subtle citrus notes. This outstanding new brew was crafted using locally sourced ingredients from our friends at Humble Bee Inc., a terrific full service apiary based in Hamilton. This new brew is available in our taproom on tap, as well as in 473ml cans in our bottle shop while supplies last.
