Mickey McGuire's Cheese Board w/ Preserves & Bread: $20
Our local Dundas cheese shop curates our three cheeses that comprise our offering. A soft cheese, a cheddar and a firm cheese will change as our local cheese gurus advise. Served with house made preserves and warm baguette.
Here at the Shawn & Ed Brewing Company all our dips and dishes are produced in house from scratch, using local farm sourced ingredients where possible.

Fresh Salad Rolls w/ Cucumber, Vermicelli, Avocado & Spicy Ponzu: $11
A Vietnamese classic; 3 rice paper rolls filled with vermicelli noodle, red bell pepper, carrot, cucumber
and a fine balance of rice vinegar and sweet wine, with tons of fresh mint.
Served with a spicy ponzu (soy & citrus) sauce for dipping.
Traditional Hummus & Pita: $9
This one is a long time family recipe straight from Cairo. Chickpeas, garlic, tahini and just the right amount of lemon juice
create a deep and flavourful middleastern favourite. Served with warm pita bread and local farm fresh veggies.
Warm Olives w/ Garlic & Orange: $9
A delectable blend of Kalamata, Cracked Green, Nafplion and Gaeta olives served warm
and flavoured with low and slow confit garlic and fresh orange wedges.
Tzatziki & Pita: $9
Rich greek yogurt, fresh mint and lightly salted cucumber come together to create this classic dip.
Served with warm pita bread and local farm fresh veggies.
