What types of events can I host at The SHED?
The SHED can accommodate a variety of private events, including corporate and team gatherings, milestone celebrations, holiday parties, fundraisers, community events, private functions and weddings.

How many guests can The SHED accommodate?
We are licensed for up to 170 people.
Depending on the event format and setup, we can cordon off sections of the brewery to accommodate the size of your event.
What is the availability of for The SHED?
Please consult our EVENTS CALENDAR to see dates that are already booked with events. Please note that open dates on the calendar do not always guarantee availability.
We do not rent on Wednesdays or Thursday evenings.
What is the rental fee for The SHED?
Rental rates vary according to the day of the week and number of people attending. Rentals are based on 5 hour periods. Rental agreement and deposit are required.
What sort of equipment does The SHED provide?
We have a selection of audio/visual components, including:

Full sound system (microphones, power mixer, monitors, speakers)

Projector Screen/TV, and HDMI compatible projector
We will arrange tech test prior to the day of the event, depending on rental needs. Shawn & Ed Brewing Co. staff will assist as necessary.
What food and beverage options are available at The SHED?
Our bar and kitchen can be open throughout your event, so your guests can enjoy fresh beer, wine and food while you celebrate.
Beverage: We typically have 8 to 12 beers on tap, along with a selection of wines from Flat Rock Cellars, cider, wine-based spritzes and non-alcoholic options. Coca-Cola products are also available. Beer and wine selections are charged at the current Taproom price.
Please note that The SHED does not serve spirits, and outside alcohol is not permitted under any circumstances. All alcohol service is subject to our responsible service policies, including last call.
Food: Our event menu features our signature Beer Pies pizzas, salads and charcuterie boards. We recommend buffet-style service, with food replenished throughout your event so guests can enjoy it over the course of the evening.
Outside catering and food trucks are not permitted. Event food orders must be placed at least 5 days before your event. If you have dietary restrictions or other food requirements, our chef is happy to work with you on available options.
