Tavistock Hopyard has provided us with an Ontario grown version of New Zealand Rakau hop from their 2020 harvest that was picked, chopped and spread over the wort in our wooden foudre. This is a unique wet hop style that is deep in colour, body and has a very distinctive tropical fruit and candy hop flavour. Finishes with a light smoothbitterness. Chur Bro! 5.5% ABV  30 IBU
